The XC is excited to announce a new collaboration with the Keep It Running Podcast, which started as a IGTV live video pod, and is now also joining our podcasting network with its own audio feed and videos on our YouTube channel.

The Keep It Running Podcast will feature stories from some of the best Canadian athletes competing in university sport.

Keep It Running is a weekly live show on Instagram, which will now be available as an audio podcast. Each Friday, hosts Courtney Hufsmith (University of Saskatchewan) and Laura Dickinson (Syracuse University) have a conversation with a fellow varsity athlete. They talk training, balancing school and sports, and how they are staying connected to the track through the Pandemic. There's also the odd game of "Would Your Rather."

You can listen to the first episode in our collaboration here:

Lucia Stafford on Her Favourite Races, Competing Next to Her Sister, and Pizza Vs. Ice Cream
Courtney Hufsmith talks with U of T cross-country and the track standout on the latest episode of the Keep It Running Podcast

Hufsmith and Dickinson met at the World University Games in Italy, where both were competing for Canada. There, they decided to start a podcast.

You can watch the podcast live on IGTV each Friday. Be sure to follow the Keep It Running Podcast Instagram for updates on each week's guest and streaming time:

Keep It Running will be available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and wherever else you listen to podcasts in the coming days.
